Horse Hair

Horse hair is a softer fill than tampico making ideal for use on softer metal oven surfaces. This fill works exceptionally well in pizza ovens as the thick hairs will catch even the finest grains of flour.

Horse Hair provides heat resistance up to 500° F. If your oven is hotter, try Brass.
